  • Legal and regulatory claims must trace to an official Philippine source: PAGCOR, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, the Ad Standards Council, the Official Gazette, or the Supreme Court E-Library.
  • Every page touching law or licensing carries a last_verified date. Facts are re-checked when the underlying rules change or at least quarterly.
  • Poker room entries show their own verification status. A venue listed on a PAGCOR document is described exactly as the source describes it — we do not upgrade “listed” to “currently open” without independent confirmation.
